Notification of outcome

Once a successful verification check has been completed you will receive an email with a certificate from 1st Cloud Accountants stating the ID which has been verified on your behalf within 1 working day for UK documents and 5 working days for overseas documents.    If the checking will take longer than these time frames we will email you to advise of the expected verification date.

You will also receive your Companies House Personal Code to the email address you supplied in your booking form. This code can be used for all of your directorships, person of significant control registers and if your a member of a LLP.

I’ve lost my code can I get a duplicate ?

Yes – You can email companies house with your full name, the date the check was completed and the authorised corporate service provider name who carried out the check. Our name with companies house is ‘1st Cloud Accountants ACSP’.
