Live Verification
We need to check your ID using a live verification check. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time as indicated on your booking form for this to take place.
What to expect for a in person verification.
For an in person verification please bring your ID along with you for checking to the pre-arranged meeting time. We will check your similarities to your photograph in your ID document and this will only take 5 – 10 minutes. We will then retain your documents for another 40-50 minutes for additional security checks to take place. You are free to wait or go for a short break (the office has many local coffee shops, pubs and is near the beach for a brisk walk) before returning to collect your documents. The maximum overall time will be 60 minutes.
What to expect for a over the internet check. (Zoom, Teams, What’s App)
Prior to the arranged meeting we will have already carried out basic background security checking of the documents provided. In the meeting you must have a webcam with sound enabled and be able to present the previously emailed document to the camera. You must have your face fully on show during the meeting so live similarity checking can take place and be able to answer some simple ID questions in English. These checks will normally take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
Will I get my Companies House personal code immediately after the live check ?
No – after all checks are carried out by an authorised corporate service providers we are required to complete security paperwork, correspond with Companies House and sometimes with the issuing authority on your documents. This can take some time to complete the checks.
Time Scale for Checking.
2 X UK Documents = Normally processed within 1 working day of the live ID check.
Any Overseas Document = Normally processed within 5 working days of the live ID check.
Will everyone get verified who pay for the service ?
No – We try our very best to get everyone authorised with the ID they provided. We may sometime have to ask additional question or supplementary ID from other sources at no extra cost to get you verified. Unfortunately sometime the data may not match with government agency or the issuing authority and/or may fail our checks or submission. If this does happen we are also not informed why this has happened and will not be able to give any further information. You will need to try another method of ID verification.
